It doesn't work for me - when I tried to export a vector shape it exported only some XAML like (even without the image file), not a path data - this is completely useless for any XAML developer.
And yesterday I've received a refund for it after two weeks of PayPal dispute. Yes, I've purchased it immediately when found it. This one is not free, but looks to do more than Blend did:
